A Place We Longed for but Couldn’t Find

A Place We Longed for but Couldn’t Find

For years, we dreamed of a space where homeschooling families could gather not just for academics, but for connection, collaboration, and joy. A place where children could explore their curiosity freely, and where parents didn’t feel alone in the journey.

We searched for it. We tried to build it informally. But we realized: if this place didn’t exist, we’d have to create it.

What Is Sol House?

Sol House Learning is a homeschool-aligned enrichment center designed for learners ages 5–18 and their families. We are opening our doors in January 2026 in Cherokee County, Georgia, to serve the growing movement of families choosing freedom, creativity, and intentionality in their children's education.

Sol House includes:

  • Sol Camp for learners ages 5–12

  • Club Sol for teens ages 13–18

  • A co-working lounge for parents to work, connect, or simply recharge

  • Open-ended learning spaces, outdoor play, and guided sessions led by passionate facilitators

Why Now?

We believe learning should feel alive. But in too many cases, school has become a box — one size fits few.

Homeschooling offers freedom, but it also comes with isolation, burnout, and uncertainty. Sol House bridges that gap. It's a third space — not school, not home, but something beautifully in between.

As more families in Cherokee County seek alternatives to conventional education, we knew it was time to act.

What Makes Us Different

At Sol House, we are:

  • Rooted in community: We’re building more than a schedule — we’re building a tribe.

  • Inspired by beauty: From our space design to our sessions, everything is crafted with intention.

  • Open-ended in learning: Children explore, create, and lead. We offer guidance, not control.

  • Faith-forward: We honor spiritual formation as a vital part of whole-child development.

Be Part of the Beginning

We’re gathering early interest now as we prepare to open our doors in 2026. If this vision speaks to your heart — whether you’re a parent, educator, creative, or simply curious — we’d love to meet you.

Join us at our Vision Night on Tuesday, June 17th

Let’s Build Sol House, Together

This is more than a program. It’s a movement toward wonder, wholeness, and freedom in learning.

We’re so glad you’re here.
